Returm Policy

At SparrowLED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or accidents

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sparrowled.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by SparrowLED.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
